Last updated: May 26, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DocuLoom ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DocuLoom is an AI-powered documentation tool that allows users to transform video transcripts into structured training manuals and documentation. The Service includes features such as document generation, editing, export, and storage, subject to the plan you have subscribed to.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at contactdoculoom@gmail.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and keep this information up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to generate spam, misleading content, or content intended to deceive others
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent

5. Subscription and Billing

DocuLoom offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Paddle. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to paid features until then. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant DocuLoom a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for Your Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to submit it. We do not claim ownership of Your Content and will not sell it to third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by DocuLoom and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies — you are responsible for reviewing all generated output before use.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DocuLoom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
