This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for purchases and subscriptions made through DocuLoom. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to this Refund Policy.
All purchases and subscription payments are final and non-refundable. Because DocuLoom provides immediate access to a digital SaaS service, we do not offer refunds once a payment has been completed or the Service has been accessed.
We do not provide refunds for unused time, partial billing periods, failure to cancel a subscription before renewal, or changes in your decision to use the Service.
Exceptions may apply where required by applicable law, or in limited cases such as duplicate charges, billing errors, or if we are unable to provide the Service due to a technical issue on our side.
Any approved refund is granted at our sole discretion and does not create an obligation to provide the same or similar refunds in the future.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund payments already made. After cancellation, you may continue to access paid features until the end of your current billing period, unless otherwise stated.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once, or experienced a payment issue, please contact us as soon as possible at contactdoculoom@gmail.com.
Please include the email address used for the purchase, the date of the charge, and a short explanation of the issue so we can review it.
Payments for DocuLoom are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle may handle payment processing, tax calculation, invoices, and certain billing-related communications.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through Paddle using the original payment method where possible.
If you have questions about this Refund Policy or need help with a billing issue, please contact us at contactdoculoom@gmail.com or through our Contact page.
